What You Should Know Before Booking

1. Service:
   Our drivers/guides speak English and good at photography. We don’t just provide transportation service, but also helping you to take photos. Service fee includes vehicle, private tour guide/driver, driver’s accommodation (if the tour is more than a day), parking fee, and gasoline. Some places require entrance fee, and our drivers/guides generally wait outside. If you would like our drivers/guides to take photos for you inside, please includes the cost.
2. Passenger Insurance:
   Covers car accident treatment costs in Taiwan or compensation in case of death. If it’s our driver’s responsibility, the insurance is up to TWD 3 million. Otherwise, it’s up to TWD5 million. The amount of compensation is based on medical certificate. 
3. Deposit:
   After everything is confirmed, please pay 10% deposit in advance by PayPal or your credit card to make the reservation officially booked. Your reservation will only be taken after we receive the deposit.
4. Itinerary Change Cost:
   Once deposit is paid, any change of itinerary may cause additional charge. If you want to change destination or itinerary in the middle of tour, every additional 10km charges TWD100.
5. Overtime Extra Charge:
   Every extra hour is charged TWD1000.
6. Cancellation Policy:
   Severe weather elements, floods, typhoon, earthquake, landslide…etc. , that can lead to the tour being canceled. OnceTaiwan Government announces the date to be a typhoon day or a day off due to severe weather, the tour will be canceled and your deposit will be fully refunded. Cancellations made beyond 30 days will qualify for a full refund. Refund is less a transaction fee, 6%, charged by PayPal. No refund will be issued for cancellations within 30 days from the first day of tour.

4. Pay Deposit
   After payment received, your reservation is booked. 

Pay Online by PayPal or Credit Card

1. After receiving the payment request from roundTAIWANround by PayPal, open the mail and find “Pay Now” button. Click it.
2. If the “Pay Now” button isn’t shown up, maybe your webmail provider block the image or link. Please unblock it. Take Gmail for example, click “Display images below” to show the image.
3. Check whether the amount of payment is correct, and click “Continue”.
4. Fill the form and pay by your credit card. If you have PayPal account, log in and finish the payment.
5. After receiving the payment, we will send a confirmation mail to you.
